Tracciato su carta datato e con annotazioni sull'esperimento; sul retro, la dedica "Der Sammlung des freundes Mosso stiftet dieses erste Stammeln des Herzens und der Brust. C. Ludwig. Leipzig 15 Aug. 1874". Si tratta della prima curva della pressione del sangue e della respirazione, conservata incorniciata (probabilmente si tratta di una cornice originale scelta da A. Mosso) ed esposta nello studio del prof. Losano. Documento in cattivo stato di conservazione, danneggiato dalla luce (tracciato sbiadito), conservato coperto dalla sua fotoriproduzione.
