Lettera inviata da Genova il 5 gennaio 1861. Il cavaliere de Heufler, consigliere presso il dicastero dell’Istruzione pubblica a Vienna, manda a De Notaris un opuscolo da presentare alla Reale Accademia delle Scienze. De Notaris chiede a Moris se può interessarsene. All’insegnamento di Storia Naturale al liceo di Genova è stato nominato il dottor Canestrini di Trento. De Notaris chiede a Moris, nel caso dovesse incontrare il cavaliere De Maria, di raccomandargli il dottor Giuseppe Gibelli di Milano, che aspira al posto di assistente di Botanica a Pavia. Attualmente è assistente presso l’Istituto Veterinario di Milano.
