Lettera inviata da Genova il 26 gennaio 1854. De Notaris invita Moris a riguardarsi, perché il conservare la salute è il nostro primo dovere. Continua ad avere difficoltà a ricevere la somma spettante all’Orto. Ha scritto a Panizzi per fare avere a Moris un esemplare di Moehringia frutescens. Bertoloni l’ha riunita a M. papulosa, però Moris ben sa in quale cosiderazione si debba tenere l’autore di Flora Italica!
