Lettera inviata da Genova il 16 marzo 1837. Lo scrivente ringrazia Moris per avergli favorito le piante secche desiderate. Ringrazia anche De Notaris per il disturbo che la spedizione del pacco gli ha procurato [De Notaris all’epoca era assistente di Moris a Torino; solo a fine anno si trasferì a Genova]. Viviani si dichiara lieto che il primo volume di Flora Sardoa sia in stampa e invita Moris a farne pervenire parecchie copie ai librai genovesi.
